1. Costco Meat
Some people argue the keto diet is expensive because meat is pricey, but not when you’re shopping at Costco. USDA Prime beef is good quality and has a low price, so stock up your freezer with fatty cuts of steak and ground beef. This beef brisket was only $3.79/lb which is a great deal.
Don’t forget to grab some Kiolbassa Smoked Sausages for quick meals throughout the week. They’ve got perfect keto macros and are delicious.
- USDA Prime Beef
- Kiolbassa Smoked Sausages
- Organic Whole Chickens – great for bone broth!
- Uncured Bacon
- Pork Belly
2. Costco Seafood
If you’re like most Americans, you’re probably not eating enough Omega-3 fatty acids which are mostly found in wild caught fish. Matt likes to incorporate some seafood into his meals to up his fat content and balance his Omega Fatty acid ratio. Costco carries a few great options.
- Wild Planet Canned Sardines
- Smoked Salmon (look for brands that don’t use sugar)
The smoked salmon from Costco was $15 per pound, which sounds expensive, but it’s cheaper than other grocery stores. A lot of smoked salmon is cured with sugar, so make sure to read the ingredient label. Make our Keto Bagels then top them with cream cheese and smoked salmon for a low-carb Lox sandwich!
3. Keto Dairy
Whether you’re looking for affordable or high quality and raw, Costco has the dairy for you and your keto diet.
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Bulk Parmesan
- Bulk Feta
- Bulk Cheddar
- Raw Comte Cheese
- Raw P’tit Basque
Comté Cheese is made from raw milk, which is easier to digest and is full of probiotics. It is also Megha’s all-time favorite. This delicious, one pound brick from Costco was only $10.00 and aged for eight months. (The longer it has been aged, the better!) Megha’s perfect night is munching on a cheeseboard, enjoying some wine, and hanging out with Matt and their fur babies. Add some olives, nuts, and berries to your cheeseboard for a delicious keto appetizer.
4. Keto Snacks
If you’re looking for a few snacks to take on the road with you or enjoy at the movie theater, Costco has keto snacks galore. Remember to avoid anything containing maltitol or IMO fiber. Here are some great snack options.
- Kirkland Protein bars – Similar to a Quest bar, but cheaper.
Make sure to buy the one that is sweetened with erythritol (Kirkland Signature Protein Bars), and not maltitol, which can spike your blood sugar levels. Just read the ingredient list to know for sure!
- Cheese Crisps like Cello Whisps or Moon Cheese – Crunchy and salty!
- Nuts in bulk
5. Keto Baking Ingredients
You don’t have to live live without sweet treats and home baking when on a keto diet. Luckily Costco has low-carb baking ingredients you can find at great prices like Kirkland Almond Flour and Hemp Hearts.
We love hemp hearts for their low-carb, high-fat macro ratio. They are perfect for keto and a staple food for many vegan and vegetarian diets that rely on plant sources for their protein and fats. You can score a 24 oz. bag of hemp hearts from Costco for just $9.00!
Use Almond Flour to Make:
- Almond Ricotta Cookies
- Keto Cheesy keto Garlic bread
- Keto Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Hundreds more recipes using almond flour!
Use Hemp Hearts to make:
6. Costco Fats & Oils
Fats and oils are an obvious staple on the keto diet, so buying in bulk at Costco is the way to go.
- Kerry Gold Butter – Grass-fed is higher in Vitamin A
Costco has the best deal for Kerry Gold Butter, so stock up. It’s only $11.00 for four bars, so we like to get three to six cases. We prefer to buy unsalted butter so we can have more control of how salty our recipes turn out. Try our favorite butter recipes, Bulletproof Coffee and Ooey Gooey Butter Cake!
- Ghee – A dairy free alternative to butter.
Ghee is just clarified butter, which means the fat has been separated from the milk, making it lactose-free. We blend it into our bulletproof coffees and use it in cooking. The Ghee we buy at Costco has good flavor and is cheap, just $19.00 for 56 oz. You can also find it at South Asian food stores for a good price!
- Coconut Oil
When buying coconut oil, we look for unrefined and cold-pressed, which just means they didn’t use high heat or chemicals to extract the oil from the coconut. High heat tends to damage the nutrients in healthy oils. We use it for frying, but it is a great substitute for butter in any recipe if you want to make it dairy-free. Try coconut oil in our Coconut Fat Bombs and Homemade Almond Joys!
- Avocado Oil
- Olive Oil
- Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Mayonnaise is an amazing score at Costco.
Megha eats mayonnaise every single day in her Egg Salad, so she needs to keep the fridge stocked. She used to eat Hellman’s Mayonnaise, but since making the decision to cut refined vegetable oils like soybean oil and canola oil from her diet, she likes to buy from Chosen Foods. They make their sauces with avocado oil and coconut oil. (Megha doesn’t recommend the coconut oil one!) Remember to always read the ingredient label to know what’s in your sauce!
7. Keto Drinks at Costco
Costco carries all kinds of drinks, but of course we’re on the hunt for sugar-free options. Try the Zip-Fizz!
Megha’s favorite pre-workout is Zipfizz, not only because it’s delicious, but it contains 1000mg of potassium per packet and a dose of caffeine. It’s important to replenish your electrolytes like potassium, sodium, and magnesium while on a keto diet because your body isn’t holding onto as much fluid as it usually does. As your body flushes out water, it flushes out the electrolytes with it, which can make you feel weak, tired, groggy, and even give you muscle cramps.
You can also grab some diet drinks, sparkling water, or even some coffee for making your bulletproof coffee.
Powdered Bone Broth
If you can’t be bothered to make your own bone broth, but want to experience some of its gut-healing benefits, then we recommend LonoLife for their shelf-stable bone broth packets. The chicken flavor is our favorite and the Costco deal works out to be about $1.00/packet. If you do want to try making your own bone broth, try our Instant Pot Bone Broth recipe!
8. Keto Produce
We don’t like to buy a ton of produce from Costco since we have a small household and can’t eat that many vegetables quick enough, but there are some great options for people following a keto diet.
- Mushrooms
- Avocados
- Organic Salad Mix
- Frozen Cauliflower Rice
9. Keto Nuts and Seeds
Nuts are a great addition to any keto diet and can crush a chip craving in a hurry. Most nuts are high in fat, so the trick is buying the ones that are also low in carbs. Costco has some options.
- Macadamia Nuts
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Pecans
- Pumpkin Seeds
10. Costco Eggs in Bulk
We’re going to give eggs their very own category since they’re such a nutrient powerhouse and are the perfect keto food. Costco offers eggs in large cartons, not just your standard dozen carton. Use them in Breakfast Casseroles, baking, Mug Cakes and just as a quick meal. Eggs are everything.
Sweeteners to Avoid at Costco!
Does natural mean sugar-free? No! Here are some sweeteners you will encounter at the grocery store, but should avoid!
- Agave Syrup: This is pure sugar.
- Coconut Sugar: Also just another form of sugar.
- Stevia in the Raw: The first ingredient is cane sugar, which is pure sugar.
- Splenda: This is okay in small amounts, like a packet in your coffee. But with ingredients like dextrose and maltodextrin, it’s best to stay away from consuming this in large amounts.
In Summary
Costco is one of our top stores to buy the necessities! They have so many cheap options that you can buy in bulk so they last a while! This was our list of the top 10 things to buy at Costco for keto, as well as a few things to stay away from.

You guys are the best! This is great information and I am going over there on my lunch hour to get the goods! What would I do with out youts guys? as my grandfather from the old country (Yugoslavia) would say – heeheee
[email protected]
Where from Yugoslavia is he?
I sure wish my Costco offered all of these great buys. I’m lucky to get the butter and the meat.
Follow you guys and all your awesome videos and articles. Thanks for the suggestions and tips on things. Definitely helps to follow the experts.
looking for kirkland protien bars goes to page then a pop up looking for zipcode locks me out
Just add zip code. It’s for Costco members who want their stuff shipped.
Stevia in the Raw: Dextrose not cane sugar re Stevia in the Raw: The first ingredient is cane sugar, which is pure sugar. in this above article.
Is this Costco in the States or in Canada?
The States!
Noooooooooo…I was so excited to see these items. The US has so many more options for Keto. 🙁
Some of these products are not available at the Costco in Canada. especially dairy. Canada doesnt sell dairy outsude the country. i went to walmart in Plattsburgh, New York nd i got Kerrygold butter
They are some in Canada. You’d have to check their website.
Moon Cheese for me!
Wish we had a Costco😣
I like the “vegan vibes” t shirt for a keto grocery run!
Costco also had a record number of Keto cookbooks this August — 5 different titles!
Hello from B’Ham! Thanks for the post! I love hearing opinions on what is best to buy at Costco. I’m glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t buy their produce. I’d also like to add that heavy whipping cream is a good price at Costco as well.
Thanks, I currently use some of your suggestions and will look for the others. I also use Navitas Organic Cacoa powder, and add a couple of tbsps to my bullet coffee.
I am suprised that Stevia in the raw is not a good ingredient. I use it all the time. What is wrong with it? It has 0 calories!
Are the Stevia drops better?
Hi Debra! You can use whatever sugar substitute you want. You can check out our “Best Sugar Substitute” article and our Low Carb Sweetener Conversion Guide.
0 calories does not always mean something is good for you
Loved this!! You missed out on the prepared chicken I always buy 2 and freeze one for later. Love that mayo! The macadamia nuts are also amazing!
I thought $18 was pretty steep for macadamias – until I saw that Amazon was selling the identical package for $31! Now I’m happy to pay $18!
Thank you. I’ an avid Costco buyer. I’ll be buying the moon cheese and cello whisps.
Like Matt, I love sardines. Recently found King Oscars for 2.72 at Walmart–bought a couple of cans. My husband can’t stand them, so I am waiting for a time when he’s not around so I can eat them! Acquired the taste on childhood road trips in the 1960’s when my mother would pack a lunch to eat at the roadside parks along the way (remember those?). Just sardines on Saltines! Betsy
so Megha doesnt consume refined vegetable oils. is Sunflower oil the same thing? Do you guys know if any brands of salad dressings/dips that dont contain canola oil or soybean oil?
Primal kitchen
I love you guys so much!! I live in ATL as well and recognize that Costco you filmed at 😉 I love buying their macadamia nuts and their heavy whipping cream. oh, and EGGS!
It is generally a bad idea to identify the location of online personas in general . Im not sure if they have ever been open abour where they live, but of not ot should be their choice to reveal this info.
Linda
Love their Horzions Organic Heavy Whipping Cream!
Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin on) are $1.19/pound. Sometimes they’re on sale for $0.99/lb.
Hard boiled eggs come in 16 packages of 2 (total 32 eggs) and are perfect for on-the-go snacks or taking to work for lunch. Don’t remember the price but they’re not much more than raw eggs.
Also, I *literally* bought 85% of the products in this article the last time I was at Costco haha!
Other great Costco buys:
Kirkland smoked pulled pork
Avocados
Avocado cups/guac cups
Heavy cream
Eggs
Bacon
Kirtland crumbled bacon
Try the Asiago cheese it’s one of my favorites. It has a mellow nutty flavor. I’m in Canada so we don’t have some of these products but I still found this interesting. Thx
I bought the mayo but when I got home I noticed it tasted sweet and then I saw honey in the ingredients list. I just buy avocado oil and make it myself now. (I don’t like the taste of olive oil)
They have a large variety of raw nuts. I also get my cream (1 litre sized 35%) for half the price of the grocery store. They sell chia seeds and ground flax seeds too.
I love all things costco!
Hey guys! Y’all should do a Sam’s Club Haul! I don’t have a Costco!
Their bratwursts are awesome too and great macros! Only available in the summer though…
Heading to Costco soon, to get a month supply for just little ole me……then I portion and freeze…..
Are these available in Canada
We think so!
I have seen you comment on the ingredients in splenda before…what do they do to you? I’m just curious because I am a splenda user.
Hi Michelle! Sucralose is generally calorie free, but Splenda, a sucralose based product, contains the carbs dextrose and maltodextrin bringing the calorie count up to 3.36 calories per gram. We highly recommend staying away from maltodextrin and dextrose as they still effect your insulin and blood sugar. It is highly controversial. Some studies suggest it has negative affects on metabolism. It contains 20% sugar making it not suitable for diabetics. It also has reported issues with bloating, cramping, and more. You can learn more about this and other sugar substitutes in our “Best Sugar Substitute” article. Thanks!
As far as cheese crisps go, I actually like Mrs. Cubbison’s. You find them by the salad toppings. 🙂
Thank you for all of your great information! I really enjoy all your videos and your help!
Great post. Totally feel Matt about the sardines. Eat at least one can a day. Usually doused with a lot of Louisiana hot sauce or as a soup. e.g. 1 can of sardines, 1 cup of seafood stock, 2 tbs olive oil, 2 tbs hot sauce, 2 tbs green onion.
Have to take in the ‘cost’ of membership if comparing prices along with value
Do fruits and veggies play a part in this diet!!
We spend enough there that our “cash back” pays for our membership every year.
Always love your grocery hauls. Costco is my fave as well and I feel that I save soooo much money there. What do I buy that you didn’t have on your list? Avocados. Because I eat 1/2 to a whole one each day. Eggs. Soprasatta. Goat Cheese. Parmesan Cheese. Walnuts and Macadamia nuts. Avocado Oil. PULLED PORK!! OMG, you are totally missing out if you don’t try that. So good.
But, I have to say… I’m not feeling Matt’s affinity for Wild Planet sardines. And I LOVE sardines! To me, sardiness are supposed to be small, and tender and tasty. So, the King Oscar two-layer are my favorite (and I get them at my Costco) but the Wild Planet… they are so big, and they are rather dry. It’s like a fish filet in a can, not a whole little fishie. Know what I mean? Ah well. To each his/her own.
We need to start a movement of “pit the book on top” at every Costco! I’ll start with the one in Indy today 😀
This was great! I know most of the stuff you showed my Costco has! Hope to find zipp fizz though!
Thanks for all you do for the Keto community!
Hahah! I love it! Thanks for looking out for us! 😉
Matt and Megha, I bought your book at Costco! Love it and your website. Welcome to ATL also!
You basically listed everything I bought yesterday at Costco! Some of the items we don’t have yet though, so hopefully they’re headed to St. Louis soon. Thanks for all the inspiration!
Thank you guys for all of your great content. Your podcasts are what really keep me going since I have a long commute to work (ew)!
It would be cool if you guys could do a review on KetoFridge? B)
BTW it wasn’t Sum 41 who sings All Star, it’s Smash Mouth. (dunno which podcast episode this was and I listen on Spotify so I can’t comment.) Sorry it’s been bugging me…
Thanks again for everything guys!
BACON!!Bacon bacon bacon. Also, my Costco sells Truvia, which is erythritol and stevia, so very Keto friendly!
I’m thrilled to see that the Costco in my area has Dukes Sausages. I get a bag of those for my desk at work. ~$11.50 for a 16 oz bag.
Really liked your costco haul. Another great idea for those of us who like a snack or to add to salads is coconut smies. $7.99 for 800g bag. 1/3 cup serving size. Yum. Pure dried coconut pieces.
Thanks for the tips. Have been struggling to find something crunchy!!!
Our Costco has large bags of grated mozzarella, cocoanut flour , avocados and avocado oil, almonds, pecans, various types of sweeteners, bacon, in addition to the above listed items!
Please read up on the article about the danger of Splenda. https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2018/09/05/artificial-sweetener-splenda.aspx?utm_source=dnl&utm_medium=email&utm_content=art1&utm_campaign=20180905Z1_B_UCM&et_cid=DM235599&et_rid=411421846
Not sure when the last time you guys were there but I just recently discovered BUTTER COFFEE CREAMER (with MCT Oil already in it!) Brand is PicNik (I think it might be exclusive to the Austin area), but I would love to see what you guys think of it. I also agree that extra goodies there are the big bags of grated cheese and bacon (which I keep in the freezer to extend use) and I usually buy my oils there. I LOVE COSTCO!!!
Fun and informative video. I was pleasantly surprised that I’ve already been using most of the things on the top 10. I LOVE the Whisps, and just tried the Moon Cheese this weekend. I have to agree with Megha –whisps win! The sardines here in the Northwest are a different brand — Season — but yeah, out of the can and I use the oil in other things. Get excited when they run a deal on them. I’ve thought about using some of the sardines in a sushi, and I also get roasted, seasoned seaweed snacks at Costco for a taste of sushi Will try some of the items you talked about that I haven’t tried yet. Thanks!
I especially enjoy your cooking videos. They are fun and easy to follow and I haven’t come across any strange ingredients that are hard to find so far!!! Thanks for putting them online to share with us!!
Protein bars are just another processed food. I would definitely avoid as most knowledgable keto proponents advise to leave them alone.
Also , all sweeteners, Stevia AND Splenda and all others, still trigger that dopamine that keeps you hooked/addicted to sugar. I recently listened to an old 2012 podcast with Dr. Peter Attia as the guest with Jimmy Moore talking about how he broke his sugar addiction by eschewing all sweet stuff, not just “real” sugar, but taste-alikes as well.
What are your thoughts on the glucose polymers in Zipfizz?
Great information as always, what about nuts? At least in Mexico they have plenty of options. Please keep with the great job and making Keto life easier for normies.
[email protected] You need to do a Sam’s Club haul. There’s not a Costco where I live.
We’ll look into it! Thanks!
Yes love sardines will be looking out for those!
Costco warehouses have begun to discontinue their delicious Signature French Comte and we truly miss it ! Please sign the petition, we want it back!
https://www.change.org/p/cjelinek-costco-com-costco-bring-back-kirkland-signature-french-comte
Suggestions for Canadian Costco ingredients? We do not have the sausage mentioned.
Cheers
Any fatty, low-carb meats 🙂 I am not really sure what is available where you are.
I need this in a shopping list format!
How about their Avocado oil?
I am sure they have great Avocado oil, we just listed the top ten 🙂
Thanks for the awesome suggestions. I prefer the Whisps to the Moon cheese for this reason: Whisps are big enough to dip into something delicious and creamy. Moon cheese are too tiny to dip and I could eat the whole bag in one sitting!
I am going to shop at Costco for now own. Thanks
Any Sam’s Club advice? also what’s the deal with coffeemate creamers? are they really low on carbs and good for keto?
I am pretty sure coffeemate creamers are made with half and half and sugar, so it just depends on how many you consume. If you are counting the carbs and only have 1-2 creamers a day, I don’t see a problem with that. Sams club has a lot of good finds. I would look especially at the meats and cheeses. Other than that I know they sell ZipFizz there if you use that for electrolytes. They also sell super cheap almond flour, so snag a couple of bags if you bake a lot. Then they just have normal things at lower prices like coconut oil, olive oil, spices, beverages like sparkling water, and other finds.
I have only just started keto so I can do with all the help I canbget for easy relatively cheaper purchases until I get my head around it all to totally understand!
Be great if we had an Australian member that could give us ideas of what Costco sells out here that is keto friendly because I have our normal Aussie supermarkets a struggle to navigate to find foods that are more keto friendly than enemy!!!
Is the Costco vitamin water keto friendly?
It depends on how many carbs it has. If it is sweetened and has sugar in it, that means it will have carbs. I would check the label and see if it has carbs, and if it is something you want to consume. Usually we keep our net carbs around 20 grams so if you can fit it in and not overeat carbs, go for it!
What about Kirkland VitaRain Zero? It has sucralose which I’m suspicious about, thinking it’s really Splenda which can’t be good for me in Keto…. or is it?
Sucralose shouldn’t mess with ketosis, but it is up to you if you want to consume it or not. In my opinion it is fine, just count the carbs if you drink them.
Super Costco food article! thanks.
Also gasoline usually 5-10 cents and 4% less,
and add COST (Costco stock) to investment list.
I love Costco, and moon cheese is my favorite. I also got your cookbook there but your recipe for sausage buns was not in it…do you think you will be doing another book soon??? Maybe???
Matt & Megha are currently finishing up their second cookbook! The sausage buns recipe is here: https://www.ketoconnect.net/keto-sausage-balls
Do you have a list of items you recommend from Sam’s club or just Costco?
So, I made syrup with coconut sugar (to go with the pancakes I made with the Paleo-sorry-almond flour that I got from Costco. After reading this, it sounds like I should use something else besides the coconut sugar. Suggestions?
You can find sugar-free syrups at the grocery store or online. We like Walden Farms brand.
Went to my Costco in Mt. Pleasant, SC and they had everything on the list. Love the Zipfizz – great for keeping the magnesium and potassium levels up. The flavor is too strong for me so I use 1/2 tube for a pint of water instead of the whole tube. It’s helping me get through Keto flu.
Love your site!
Can you tell me how they get 3 net carbs for their Kirkland signature bars? I am at a loss and am missing something.
They basically do what they do with quest bars. They have sugar alcohols and fiber added to decrease the net carbs.
This is so helpful and amazing . Thank you so much.
Which flavor of Zipfizz do you recommend? Thank you for all the work you do!
I think Megha likes the blueberry raspberry but I am not sure they sell that flavor in Costco. I like the grape the best 🙂
I don’t buy the ghee, it’s a little expensive when you can make it quickly with that amazing Kerry Gold butter. Love this list though!
I started my Keto journey 1 week ago today. I am down 6 pounds and feel great. I’ve been off and on Weight Watchers for years but couldn’t loose more than8 pounds at any one time. I am constantly doing research about this (my) new way of eating. You guys have made this sooo easy. I made everything bagels this morning and almost cried they were so good. Thank you so much for your wisdom!
You guys rock! Thank you for taking the time to make all those great videos! You both really changed our lives♡ You guys are the BESTEST♡♡♡
hi, I really liked all this information. I would like to add a protein shake powder mix to my ketogenic diet. Would love a chocolate flavor if possible. Can you please offer me any recommendations? Maybe Costco or other. Thank you so much, Kathy
Can I also ask that you do not share my email with other parties please. Thx again
Matt & Megha like Isopure (the dutch chocolate is good) and Nutrabio protein powders.
i’ve not seen it at costco but swerve sweetener… thumbs up or down, thanks
thumbs up
Love the food recommendations
My neurosurgeon started me on a low carb meal plan immediately after my C3-T1 posterior laminectomy fixation/fusion. I didn’t really think much abt all of it until my 3rd day in the hospital, I have been losing weight ever since. I have never counted carbs before & I’m not full blown keto (yet) however this vlog of yours showing me some of the keto items (pics) at Costco really helps. Thank you for taking the time to share this info. I cannot tell you how counting carbs has medically changed my life. Blood pressure, acid reflux, blood sugar control, weight loss, better cholesterol. Thank you!
I don’t know if Costco is even in the UK, still interesting though
I just bought one of your cookbooks at CostCo and then saw this article after browsing your site for more recipes. Love what you have in the cookbook! It’s a great mix of recipes for different meals/times-of-day and the instructions and pictures are really clear and helpful. We’re making the Death By Chocolate Cheesecake right now and looking forward to the results!
Almond milk. The Kirkland brand is unsweetened, also the Kirkland butter is available as unsalted. Philadelphia cream cheese is available in a tub or brick depending on the location, for some odd reason the brick has less carbs. If you cook for two freeze half of the brick. If you cook for monsters with black holes for bellies, just keep it in the door. Pesto. Feta.
Also if you want a quick salad, tomatoes, basil, olive oil and feta
[email protected] How MCT Oil isn’t on this list blows my mind. I found two different brands at my local Costco (Burbank, CA) for $22.99 at 40oz!
The first is from Sports Research. It’s 2x 20oz organic bottles for $22.99 (Costco Item# 1284730). The other is from Nutiva, also 2x organic 20oz bottles for $22.99 (Cost item #: 1283170). Happy hunting!
I have been buying much of the items already mentioned but new ones to add are the Folios cheese wraps and Three Bridges cheese and uncured bacon egg bites. Good deal on avocado oil.
I like mixing avocados, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sardines and a bit of Parmesan to go with a spinach or kale salad. Add some blue cheese crumbles and or bacon, and you’ve got a perfectly tasty ratio of macros!
Please tell me what Costco you shop at. I am north of San Francisco and cannot find many of these items or your book
Matt & Megha live in Atlanta now so I am not sure what Costco they were at when they made this video.
The Best part about this Costco list is…I work there!!! So I see what comes in and out. I started this only because I wanted to give my hubby support. (he was 310lbs, now 247 after doing Keto) And by the way, this is the ONLY thing that has helped him loose the weight and get off the meds. BUt after seeing my results, (I have a long way to go) I’m doing this now for me too! Thank you!!
So glad to hear this!
Me too! I started by making KETO dinners for hubby and fell in love with the food.
Hey, my Honey is doing Keto (which I’ve stressed out over … lol) and his favorite go-to snack is COSTCO Pilaros Green Olives stuffed with garlic! 0 Carbs, 2.5 gms of fat for 2 olives. They are his “chips!” $7 Canadian.
I’m the one who watches you and LOVE you guys. I try to keep my Honey in the loop and tonight we watched your Costco haul. Thanks for doing this. His second snack is an Avacado!
I got monk fruit stevia.. is it compliant ?
Thank you SO MUCH!!! Y’all are AWESOME!! …A Huge Help!!!👍😊
Hi, thank you for your great blog and youtube videos. What do you think about Quest chocolate chip cookies? Are they safe on keto or causes weight stall? Thanks
Costco now carries Tillamook’s sugar-free beef jerky with zero carbs
We just joined Costco and went last night. I wish I would have watched this before the trip. However, I ended up with some of the items in my cart and was excited to see keto snacks on the shelves! I had a question regarding the dried mushroom snacks. I bought them and they are oddly good; however they have a sweetness and because i packed them in a snack bag, I didn’t have the package to look at. Do you know if these are considered okay for keto? Thanks!
Love what you do. Thank you. I just started keto two weeks ago. No weight loss ☹️ I’m sure I must be doing something wrong. Portions? Just ordered your 50 day plan. Will that give me insight? Thank you. Susan
Love you guys, I watch you all the time and have one of your books, that I have used alot. I only have one problem, I live in Australia and most of the Costco that you show is not available at ours, it sucks. But we keep on looking for alternatives. Keep up the good work xxx
I saw a video with Megha once, using the Thai Kitchen canned coconut milk and that she kept a can in the refrigerator. But I can’t find recipes using it. I search for coconut and of course, get all the oil and flour recipies.
Costco in Canada does not have all of the items mentioned here. new one is a 500gm bottle of pork rinds -a large range of fried pork skins, from pea-sized to super-crisps, all fat, no carbs, replaces all potato chips, vegetable sticks, etc.
You 2 are my go to for both recipes and for inspiration! I have paid for info before I found you….regrets. I have been on Keto for 1 week. Lost 4 pounds, gained 2 back. Not what I was hoping for but I will stick with it for now as I feel better. Thanks for the videos and inspiration.
I want to ind Keto nut granola blueberry cinnamon bag size 22oz in san Jose. I live in Willow Glen and all my neighbors would love to buy this cereal after I told them about it.
