Luckily, Matt & Megha have several cookbooks to start you off on the right foot.
Keto Made Easy
This cookbook is a complete keto diet cookbook that is available in hard copies. There are over 100 recipes in this cookbook, ranging from comfort foods, to breakfast, to delicious desserts. They were also thoughtful enough to include six different meal plans in this cookbook to help get you started on the keto diet.

If you love a good crunch, definitely grab some Stoka Bars for the entire family! They remind us of Nature Valley Granola Bars.
Perfect Keto Bars took us a bit to get used to because they aren't as sweet or chewy as others, but that's a good thing. The macros are perfect and the ingredients are solid - exactly what we look for in a bar!
Use code KCBARS25 for 25% off your purchase.
We have a true and lasting love for the new Tortilla Style Nacho Cheese Quest Chips! They are the perfect chip replacement and even come in Cool Ranch.

Electrolytes As Gifts? Perfect for Keto Newbies!
If you don't already know, you need more electrolytes like sodium, magnesium, and potassium while eating a ketogenic diet. Electrolyte drinks like Powerade and Gatorade just won't cut it (they are low in electrolytes). In order to feel your best, you will need to find a supplement that you enjoy taking. Below we have a couple of our favorites we like to have on hand in times of need! Electrolytes aren't too expensive, but they aren't cheap, which is why these would be great gifts for anyone on a keto diet. These are perfect for newbies or seasoned veterans.
Zipfizz is an electrolyte powder that contains 200mg of caffeine, 800mg of potassium, and many others. We like to use it as a pre-workout and take it on trips/vacations with us! Blueberry Raspberry is our favorite flavor.
Pure Planet Sports Salts are another great option for electrolyte supplementation on the go. Since they are in pill form you don't need to worry about lugging around a container full of powder or having to mix it with water. Pop a couple of these and you're good to go!
Dr Berg's Electrolyte Powder is a bit on the pricey side, but also another great supplement with one of the highest potassium containing powders. It has a subtly sweet flavor for those of you who don't like how sweet Zipfizz is!
Magnesium Glycinate Capsules can be helpful for getting enough magnesium (obviously) and helping you sleep too. We like to take these at bed time because they tend to have a drowsy effect for a lot of people. Magnesium glycinate is the most highly absorbed form of magnesium and the linked brand (KAL) is the one we've found to provide the most benefit!
Kitchen & Cooking Equipment
A Joule Sous Vide is a precision cooker that cooks your meats to perfection. It is our favorite way to cook our steaks and boil eggs! The app includes lots of recipes and makes it easy to choose how you want your meat cooked.
We love using an Instant Pot to make homemade bone broth in a fraction of the time it would take on the stove top. It also doubles as a slow cooker so you don't have to buy two devices. It is perfect for soups, stews, or even cheesecakes.
We like to use our Vitamix Blender for anything drink related. We make bulletproof coffee, shakes, and even a quick protein ice cream in there. It blends very well and makes your bulletproof coffee nice and frothy.
We love using our Trager Grill to smoke lots of meats. We buy big cuts of meats specifically for smoking and they always turn out delicious. Any self-proclaimed master griller would love to use this grill, even in the winter.
When it comes to affordable cookware for gifting, nothing is better than Cast Iron. We use these every day and if you take care of them, they will last you a lifetime. They are our favorite pans to cook with.
A Silicone Mold is perfect for fat bombs or making little treats. We use this mini brownie mold for a lot of different recipes. This is a great gift for anyone just starting the keto diet.
Fitness
We know not everyone is active, but for those who are, there are plenty of gifts they would like and hopefully use! Some small things for gift ideas would be earbuds for listening for music, a gym membership, a yoga mat, at home workout gear like small dumbbells, exercise clothes or shoes, or something as simple and small as hair bands so they can put their hair up.
Here are some other great gifts for those who workout or would like to start...
Fitbit Or Other Fitness Trackers
If you are always on the go and want to track your exercise, workouts, or just your steps, a fitness tracker is the way to go. Megha and I both have a Fitbit tracker and we love it! Megha specifically uses a Charge 2 Fitbit. You can even track your sleep, your heart rate, and other health factors. I know Apple watches also do this, but they are a tad more expensive. Any fitness tracker would be a great gift!
Weight Lifting Gifts
If you haven't been following Matt & Megha for a while, they just finished an awesome weight lifting regimen and are going through their second round because they loved it so much. It is called The Juggernaut Method 2.0 and you can easily download the kindle version off Amazon and utilize the excel spreadsheet to track your lifts!
If you are wanting to start weight training, a weight lifting belt might also be a great gift. The one linked is the one Megha just got and loves!
Pre-Workout
The best pre-workout we've found is made by Sanctus Nutrition! They have a caffeine free version and one with caffeine, but it's only 90mg, so you can always stack it with more caffeine without over doing it!
