Finding Frozen Keto Pizza
Cauliflower doesn’t automatically make something keto-friendly, which is why we’re deep dishing out our tips on where to find the best keto pizza.
Check out how we rank these four pizzas. In true KetoConnect fashion, we’ll be analyzing the ingredient labels and macro breakdowns to give you the best keto comparison.
4. DiGiorno Thin Crust Pizza
Can you smell the rising dough and bloat? We’re starting at the bottom with a frozen Digiorno Thin Crust pizza. Paired with sweatpants and a new-release Netflix show, it might sound like the perfect Friday night, but not when you’re keeping things keto.
Macros
Half of the pizza is 280 calories, 12g fat, 12g protein, and 30g net carbs.
Nutrition
The first ingredient is wheat flour followed by a long list of things like soybean oil, palm oil, sodium ascorbate, and dextrose. This is a highly processed food that leaves you feeling puffy and for some, pukey.
Would we eat a DiGiorno Pizza?
We wouldn't eat this pizza on a keto diet.
3. Caulipower Pizza
Cauliflower Crust that's Not Very Keto
Unfortunately, cauliflower doesn't make everything keto-friendly. Though the first ingredient in Caulipower Pizza is cauliflower, it also contains rice flour and some sugar.
Our homemade Cauliflower Pizza recipe is only 20g net carbs for the whole pie, but a Caulipower Pizza contains 66g net carbs!
Keto Macros
Half of a Caulipower pizza contains 280 calories, 11g fat, 9g protein, and 33g net carbs - That's more net carbs than the DiGiorno.
Read Ingredient Labels
This is why its so important to read the ingredient label and analyze the macros on the packaging. Not every cauliflower pizza is created equally. Check out our Review on Keto Protein Bars to see more products that contain more carbs than you thought.
Nutrition
The DiGiorno pizza may have fewer carbs, but Caulipower does make an effort to use better ingredients. Check out the full list of ingredients and decide for yourself if this is the pizza for you. Some people try to stay away form grains, vegetable oils, and added sugar.
Would we eat Caulipower Pizza?
No. Why spend money on a frozen cauliflower pizza that's not actually low-carb or grain-free? Plus, the DiGiorno Thin Crust is surprisingly the better option when you're tracking your net carbs.
2. Realgood Foods Cauliflower Crust
Convenient Keto Pizza
If you want a delicious, low-carb frozen pizza that's ready in minutes, then Realgood Cauliflower pizza is your best keto option. We love the thin, crispy crust and perfect ratio of toppings to dough. This entire pizza is only 24g of net carbs! Split a pizza with your partner and serve it with some of our Crispy Oven Wings for a delicious low-carb meal.
Unlike Caulipower and DiGiorno, this high-protein pizza is made without added grains, gluten or fiber fillers, so it's easy to digest. Feel free to use code KETOCONNECT for 10% off your order.
Keto Macros
Half a pizza is only 12g of net carbs, 40g protein, and 42g grams of fat making it super filling.
Nutrition
Realgood Foods Cauliflower pizzas are made with ingredients we use at home all the time like almond flour, eggs, cheese, and xanthan gum. Plus their toppings are all nitrate-free.
Would we eat Realfoods Cauilflower Pizza?
Yes. The flavors, ingredients, and macros are all on pointe for our keto diets, making it a great convenient pizza option.
1. Zero-Carb Chicken Crust Pizza
Three-Ingredient Pizza Crust
Though Realgood foods Cauliflower pizza is a convenient frozen option, we think our homemade Chicken Crust Pizza is the best bang for your buck. All it takes is a can of shredded chicken, some parmesan cheese, and an egg to make this zero-carb crust. You can also freeze it after you bake it and make it into pizza another time.
Keto Macros
This entire chicken crust contains nearly zero carbs, making it perfect for your low-carb diet. Add toppings like cheese, sausage, pesto, and olives to up the fat and you've got a filling meal. One crust is 408 calories, 61g protein, 17g fat, and 1g carb.
Nutrition
We all know homemade food is usually better for you. Who keeps ingredients like wheat gluten or nitrates in their pantry? This Chicken Crust pizza is made with just chicken, eggs, and cheese. Find the recipe Chicken Crust pizza or check out our video on how to make it below.

What a dumb fucking article. “What’s the #1 STORE BOUGHT keto pizza”
“It’s a homemade chicken crust! And three frozen options that aren’t even keto! Because what’s the point of article titles anyway!”

RealGood is ok, but I am going to try your recipe for the keto pizza using the fathead crust you have in your video. I am glad to find this information because there are some keto channels that make eating keto sound like you cannot eat anything besides eggs, lard, and cringe-worthy stinky fish. Thank you!

THIS IS SOOOOO GOOD! I have epically failed at keto several times by succumbing to pizza…it is my biggest weakness. This dip is the first replacement that tastes like the real deal. I baked pieces of Tumaro’s low carb sour dough wraps to use as chips ( just a vehicle to get the dip in my mouth!) and I could not walk away from the dish. Try it…you will have no regrets!

Quest frozen pizza is really good and keto.
The Real Good pizza Is horrible!
Melissa says
Blaze Pizza has a really good Keto pizza. With all the toppings it’s 2 net carbs per slice, or 12 for the whole 11-inch pizza.
Vicki says
Have you ever made your pizza crust with canned chicken AND cauliflower?
Just curious!
Victoria says
I just want to add Quest has pizzas that are 12 net carbs for the whole pizza and delicious, and you can get cauliflower crusts premade from Cali’flower Foods that are 3 net carbs for the whole pizza crust (!!) and really delicious. Not every pizza crust on the Cali’flower Foods website is that low in carbs, but I got the higher carb version by accident one time; any reviews you see talking about a crumbly breaking crust that doesn’t taste very good are actually for those crusts, not the 3 net carbs crusts.

I tried RealGood Pizza as I do with 98% of your suggestions but unfortunately the two separate times (personal and larger in each different toppings) I tried it it tasted like cardboard and I just couldn’t bring myself to finish it. The only product suggestion from you that I haven’t agreed with.
I love Caulipower but was saddened to find about the Macros. Do you have any other suggestions for pizza with Macros relating to RealGood that I could try instead? I really miss pizza. 🙁
