We see more and more people hopping on the keto bandwagon and we’re not mad about it one bit. Low carb and keto Jimmy Johns options are absolutely awesome! It’s like they were made with ketogenics in mind, which we absolutely love.
One major thing Jimmy John’s did right? The “Unwich“, which is simply a sandwich in a lettuce wrap instead of bread. Out of all the fast food restaurants we have reviewed, Jimmy John’s has by far the most variety of lettuce wrapped sandwiches to choose from.
Plus, is Jimmy John’s even a fast food restaurant? They call themselves a local gourmet sandwich shop and honestly, they might be just right about that one.

Other fast food restaurants don’t even compare guys. Remember to skip bread (even wheat bread!) and get a low carb lettuce wrapped sandwich. We obviously want to keep our carb count as low as possible and Jimmy John’s just made it happen. We’re in awe, seriously.
From smoked ham club sandwich, to sliced turkey breast and double provolone for those who are keto vegetarians, the possibilities are Jimmy John’s are endless.

Our Final Opinion
The awesome thing about Jimmy John’s is the amount of choices you can get as someone who is on the keto diet. Their low carb “Unwich” menu option is simply phenomenal. The only downfall is that Jimmy John’s doesn’t sell hot sandwiches. While it’s not a deal breaker to many, I think it’s something that could be improved. Melted cheese fans, where you at?
For starters, grab a smoked ham club unwich or one of our personal favorites – a mix of roast beef, ham, provolone and a bit of mayo. Either way, whatever you choose, there are plenty of Jimmy John’s keto and low carb menu items to choose from.
