Sometimes all you’re craving is a thick, rich smoothie, but don’t know what to put in it. We have created a super simple Keto Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie that you can make in under 5 minutes and will satisfy your sweet tooth cravings without the added guilt that comes from the high carb cheesecake indulgence.
Filling Keto Breakfast Ideas
A lot of people are fans of a later eating window in the form of intermittent fasting, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a filling keto breakfast at 1 or 2pm. This smoothie is the best keto breakfast, dessert combination, but if you’re a fan of traditional breakfasts you can try our keto breakfast casserole, coconut pancakes or keto oatmeal!
Easy To Make Keto Smoothies!
Sometimes the best smoothies are made out of spontaneously tossing delicious ingredients into a blender and combining until thick and creamy. This smoothie was inspired by Matt’s younger sister, Michelle, and she nailed the pin on the head. But, it’s just as easy to swap out the berries, add nuts, coconut flakes, chia seeds and anything else you have in your panty to make a easy keto smoothie!
Low Carb Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie
This is the second recipe in our three drinks under 5 minutes and it is my (megha) absolute favorite. I’m no normally a fan of blueberries or smoothies for a meal, but this makes a great after dinner treat to hold me over until the next day. Before you shy away from this low carb blueberry cheesecake smoothie, consider any of your favorite additions or even a different berry to hit the smoothie spot for you!

Lusa says
Hit the spot!! Added frozen strawberries & a tablespoon of MCT oil.
Jill Cusack says
Should have used PLAIN, UNSWEETENED whey protein, as the ‘cookie-dough’ flavor was too sweet tasting! That boo-boo was definitely on moi …… Oie! Otherwise, spectacular. 🙂
P.S. You guys are the BEST.

Is the brand lean shake keto friendly .
Syl Christensen says
Think this would be okay with unsweetened almond milk instead of flax milk?
Also, collagen powder instead of the protein powder?
Olivia Kendrick says
Yup! That should work, just would change the nutrition info
bo c. says
I subbed collagen and Nutpods for the liquid and it was delicious!
Michelle Diaz says

Hi, any objections to Ideal Lean for protein?
Mary says
Absolutely delicious!!! I used unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk and I loved it! I also made a Chocolate Cherry version and used chocolate protein powder and unsweetened cherries. I also put some spinach in both of these and it was still very awesome. This will definitely be on my list of favorites! Thank you so much!
Michelle Hutchinson Gaskins says
What protein powder do you recommend? Carb count?
Susie says
Are there any other low carb vanilla flavored protein powders?
Olivia Kendrick says
Isopure is the best. It tastes good and its zero carb. Quest is probably pretty good too, it’s more expensive though and has 3 net carbs. You can just search on Amazon for more options.
Tom Rowan says
Yes, CVS has a private label vanilla protein powder and it’s reasonably priced.
Andrea Wright says
Has anyone tried this with liquid monk fruit? Does it give the smoothie the same sweet taste as the liquid stevia?
Olivia Kendrick says
You can substitute monk fruit, but the amount will be different. Check out our sweetener conversion chart to see how much you should use.
Jason says
I love this for breakfast and a snack. I don’t even use the stevia.
Michael says
How come you guys measure non liquid stuff in ounces? Is two onces of cream cheese the same as 2 ounces of water?
Lauren (KetoConnect) says
Yes. It is the same.
Angie says
I used cookies and cream isopure. Added mCT oil and chia seeds. It was great. Love your recipes!
Steph says
Could I use quark instead of cream cheese?
Cass (KetoConnect) says
What are the carbs like in that? We’ve never tried it, but it could work!
Mark Lawson says
Hey guys! Love your videos and thank you for all you do! Been doing keto for almost 2 years and down 148 lbs since I started. I made this blueberry smoothie this morning and had a quick question. I used frozen blueberries from Walmart. The bag says no added sugars, but on the nutrition facts it said 12 grams. Ingredients was just the single word: blueberries. Was I OK using frozen instead of fresh? What do you recommend?
Cass (KetoConnect) says
Yes, blueberries will contain some natural sugar. We only call for 30g of berries, but a serving on a frozen bag is for 140g so the carbs will be higher in the larger serving. Use your best judgment and measure out a good amount that will keep your carbs low.
Laura says
I just made this with 1/2 an avocado instead of cream cheese and it turned out with the consistensy of ice cream! ??
Louise Jenkins says
This is really delicious!! I used blue berries the first time and strawberries the second time I made it. Both so good! I also left out the cream cheese on the strawberry one and I liked it better that way.
Thank you both for the wonderful awesome recipes !
You’ve been such a blessing to so many people like me who enjoy cooking but don’t know what to fix, You’ve made it fun to be in the kitchen !! ?
