Spicy Egg Salad
Keto egg salad with a spicy kick!
Chop the eggs up into small chunks and add to a bowl.
Add the mayo, sriracha, bacon bits, scallions, salt and pepper and combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until chilled to liking. Store in a sealed container in the fridge up to 1 week.
