Instructions
Add the cream cheese and butter to a large mixing bowl and combine using a hand mixer until smooth.
Add in the powdered erythritol and vanilla extract and combine until everything is mixed together and uniform.
Store in fridge in a sealed container or ziploc bag up to two weeks.
