1.5 cups Cauliflower
1tbsp Ghee or Butter
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roughly chop chicken and cauliflower.
  3. Season with curry powder, cinnamon, and salt. Top with ghee or melted butter and mix together until seasoning fully coats the mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
