5.5 oz Chicken Thigh Boneless/Skinless
1.5 cups Cauliflower
1tbsp Ghee or Butter
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roughly chop chicken and cauliflower.
- Season with curry powder, cinnamon, and salt. Top with ghee or melted butter and mix together until seasoning fully coats the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
