3 oz Chorizo
70g Red Bell Pepper
40g White Onion
2 tbsp Guacamole
1 oz Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roughly chop chorizo, red bell pepper, and white onion.
  3. Wrap ingredients in tin foil and place in oven for 30 minutes.
  4. After removing from the oven, top with cheddar cheese and guacamole.
  5. Enjoy!
