Ingredients:
3 oz Chorizo
70g Red Bell Pepper
40g White Onion
2 tbsp Guacamole
1 oz Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roughly chop chorizo, red bell pepper, and white onion.
- Wrap ingredients in tin foil and place in oven for 30 minutes.
- After removing from the oven, top with cheddar cheese and guacamole.
- Enjoy!
