I love my keto diet and doing it with you guys.. when I first started it 6 months ago, I realized I was eating way too many carbs like two to three hundred a day I thought I was eating healthy by not eating pasta or sugar as I start eating potatoes carrots sweet potatoes beans whole grain bread and food like that.. lots of carbs.
